Dangerous and obstructive e-scooter parking bays

The e-scooter parking bay on the corner of Horspath Road and Brasenose Driftway is nearly taking up the whole width of the footpath. This is dangerous and an obstruction and means pushchairs, children, wheelchairs have to partly go into the road to go around it. There is going to be an accident.
