Muddy 40 mph road surface - could become slippery when it rains

Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 17:32, Tue 5 October 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a section of road, Eastbound of the Boulter Drive turning, that has muddy surface (may be where the gravel was recently that was quickly cleared). Whilst road surface is compromised by construction vehicles transferring mud to road, suggest speed limit be reduced to 30 mph on this stretch of road so no accident happens due to 'greasy' road surface. Signage could also warn drivers that road surface may be less good at times, and to take greater care.
