Reported via desktop in the Gully and Catchpits category anonymously at 14:35, Tue 5 October 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Serious chronic flooding problem at this location everytime there is heavy rain. Has been reported many times. You keep sending a gully sucker vehicle to clear and jet drain bit problems still unresolved. Your crews have jetted pipe for approx 20 meters untile the come to a physical barrier and cannot jet further. This they say has been rported many times but no-one seems to listed. You need to di up the drain to see why it is blocked and how to resolve this continuing problem.

  • Your team were here this morning to clean the gulleys after another flood, which continually happen after rain. I spoke to the driver and explained about the drain outside no. 47 which is blocked to the top with sediment, but he said he couldn’t look at it as it wasn’t on his work sheet. He said I should report it in to you and he could then come back.
