Poor streetlighting

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category anonymously at 22:10, Monday 4 October 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The photo was taken at 6.15 am on Monday October 4th. The foliage of the adjacent trees obscures the light making the visibility very poor. The road surface at this point is poor and the streetlighting is essential for cyclists to avoid the hazards of the road surface, but this is not possible. Can the foliage please be cut back to allow the light from the streetlight to reach the road. This is only one example of ineffectiveness of the lighting because of the foliage of the trees on the Woodtsock Road.
