Inadequate drainage at the end of The Avenue

Further to the enquiry that I raised on 2nd July 2021 (ENQ21899515) and which you investigated and decided that no further action was necessary, an even worse incident occurred yesterday, 2nd October 2021. After a couple of hours of heavy rain, the end of the Avenue became flooded to a greater extent than I have ever seen. The water overflowed the drain and pavement and poured into my back garden where it cascaded down my lawn and flooded my patio. Such was the force of the water that It poured through the back gate, created a small “valley” in my gravel path and poured down my lawn onto my patio. It would not have taken much more rain to begin flooding my actual house. Our granddaughter had parked outside our back gates but was unable to get into her car when she tried to leave at around 5pm as the water was several inches deep all around the car. This is completely unacceptable. The drainage system at this end of the Avenue is clearly totally inadequate. We have had flooding problems in the Avenue throughout the 20 years that we have lived at 11 Church Lane but it is only within the last 12-18 months that water has poured onto the back lawn. And this is the first time that the house has been threatened with flooding so things are obviously deteriorating fast. I attach photographs of the points that I raise. Please let me know what action you will take to address this problem.
