Flooding on Wallingford Road

Flooding outside 45/47 Wallingford Road yet again! This has been reported so many times and in July was investigated and there are problems with the drains here - you will see the yellow markings (made by the people that investigated the drains) on the path in the photos to show where work needs to be done. As you can see from the photos the amount of water is dangerous - we cannot enter/exit our property (No. 47) safely without getting drenched, our garden is constantly getting waterlogged due to the flood water coming over our wall when vehicles go through the water, the constant excessive battering of water against our wall is causing damage to not only the wall but inside our garden too and it is very unsafe for pedestrians to walk along the pavement. What needs to happen before the necessary works to the drains will take place - a pedestrian getting hurt or a car crashing into our wall? This problem really needs urgent attention.
