Solid white line indicating 'private access protection' not reinstated

Following road works by Thames Water in connection with Lion Close development the 'private access protection' road marking were not reinstated in accordance with section 'S11.1 Traffic signs, road markings, studs and verge markers' p94 of 'Specification for the reinstatement of openings in highways (fourth edition)', May 2020.
