Street lights not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lights on the path (from the parking lot, past the allotment onto Roger Dudnam Way) have not been working for many months now and it's pitch dark. As a woman walking alone, this feels extremely unsafe. Anyone can be hiding in the bushes and trees next to the path. Please see to this as soon as possible, as I have to take this path to reach my home every day and feel very unsafe walking after dark.
