Street lamp opposite war memorial not working

Street lamp no. 23 opposite the war memorial not working. It results in a very dark area at point where people cross the A361 during evening/night.

  • I don't understand your comment. I said No 23 OPPOSITE THE WAR MEMORIAL. I cannot be clearer than that. Surely you have records of where No. 23 is. There are so many pins close together so difficult to get absolute precision
