Non maintenance of pathway verge and nettles

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 18:22, Tuesday 21 September 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This pathway runs behind 4 houses in Edward Stone Rise, Chipping Norton. The verge is overgrown and there are nettles at the bottom of the path. None of the above has been managed all summer. There is constant littering and people throw rubbish in the overgrowth because it appears no one is bothered about it. Can this be cut on a regular basis please?
