Severely damaged barrier on grass verge outside 183 Headley Way

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This barrier outside my house has been damaged in the past and was repaired unsatisfactorily by the council. Please see photo. It has now been severely damaged once more and needs repairing ASAP. I suggest also that the new barrier needs shortening on the side of my driveway by at least half a metre! Thank you
