Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Thames Water Network Engineer found one of the two chambers to be silted up and completely blocked. Tree roots seen. He said this cover 'had not been lifted for years'. He partially cleared the chamber and found structural damage. He felt this should be repaired and if possible a camera survey done to see that water along this culvert flowing correctly. NB. I am not suggesting that this has any connection with the groundwater problems in this area. There is a fault and it should be repaired.
