Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

I have raised this twice now and you have disregarded twice. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO CUT BACK THE TREES THAT ARE GROWING ONTO OUR PROPERTY? This issue is not resolved.
