Hedges over hang pavement

Reported via mobile in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 09:06, Tuesday 14 September 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have previously reported this and was notified on 5th August that the occupant of no. 2 had received a letter. Despite this, their hedges still force adults, children, wheelchair users and pram pushers to choose between having to go unsafely into the street or face getting branches in their face. This is now even worse due to the season and having to press oneself into wet bushes. They may well have done some trimming, it is hard to tell, but as can be seen from the photo from today, their vegetation still considerably extends beyond their boundary.
