Poor road repair
Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:44, Sat 11 September 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
A trench was dug across the A338 previously and then repaired. The entire repair is humped, causing heavy good vehicles to "bounce" when they go over it at speed. This rattling sound is noisy, particularly at night, when delivery lorries use this route to bypass the A34 when it is close due to frequent accidents and/or road closures. Bounding is causing further damage to road surface, causing even more noise. Noise present for 1yr plus.
