Verges and hedges either side of Witney Lane need cutting back (and managing ongoing) to enable safe access for residents, emergency vehicles, cyclists and walkers - the road is currently impassable for vehicles, yet access is required for residents and emergency vehicles etc.

Please could the "Unsuitable for motor vehicles" designation and signage be changed to "Unsuitable for vehicles over XYZ dimensions"? This route should be maintained for vehicles.
