Hi, Several holes are appearing due to shedded bark from an old tree has been used to fill a hole. Several animals have been digging it up which someone could break there ankle in. we have very young children (100 people) walking up and down the road to a school which is situated on this road. I would recommend the excess bark be removed and fill in with soil to stop this issue from happening again.
