Original leak site and consequential damage caused to road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Consequential damage caused to road surface caused by thousands of gallons of water from leak that poured down Westfield Road and Kiln Lane for more than 3 weeks. Washed out the tarmac from and old patch next to where the leak was fixed. Also road lifting at the original seepage site of the leak next to where they dug to fix the leak. Traffic usage passing over it now exacerbating the issue.
