Electric isolater left on verge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

There has been recent electric/power cable work done in the vicinity of Mill Lane, Clanfield and an isolater has been left by the crew. Please could you pass on a request for its removal? Many thanks for your help.
