The light has stopped working - as it’s in a close there is no other lighting- in complete darkness

  • Ref:00390049 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.

  • The contractors have repaired the light but have had to take down large branches to gain access to - all of this branches have been left on the path - please can you arrange for these to be collected.
