Leak across byway 16

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

About 20ft down the track from the main road there is now a leak which is running down the track way until the barn on the left where it is now pooling

It only seems to have happened since the leak on the main road was fixed

Could this be linked to that?
