This bend needs a convex mirror possibly attached to the streetlight as you cannot see vehicles coming in the opposite direction and it is quite a tight bend.

Thank you for your report. We have assessed it and found that it does not currently meet the criteria for intervention, so will not be fixing at this time.
The reason why we do not allow new mirrors to be put on the highways/streets. This is because experience shows that rather than improving safety, a mirror could increase safety risks, which include;
Reflect light and interfere with a driver's vision
Reduce the ability to judge an oncoming vehicle's speed
Create an unreasonable dependence on the mirror
If dirty, distorts or restricts the view
Be an easy target for vandals
