Regular infringement of double yellow lines (dyl)

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Mazda car regularly parks on the footway, beyound and with dyl controlled parking - obstructing visibility to left for exiting vehicles, on a bust road particularly given the nonsense of LTN's and the additional rerouted traffic.
