Updates

  • This is garden-type growth that the adjacent householder/s have been responsible for letting it grow out and obstruct the right of way anti-socially: THEY should be made to put this right, NOT the Council/ tax payers. Is this by 31 Gloucester Place ?

  • It is from the corner of Gloucester Place running down towards Marriots Walk. So it should not have been reported here?

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 12:10, Fri 3 September 2021

  • Does the Council not have the power to request owners to cut back vegetation obstructing a pavement and, if the owner refuses, then the Council can do it and invoice the owner?

Posted anonymously at 12:59, Sat 18 September 2021

  • Is this now resolved? Be aware that WODC/OCC do not see updated comments on these reports. if it's still an issue report it direct to them on 01993 861000 or online on their website
