After the Coach Stop (London Bound) there is no footpath until just before the junction. There is a bit of a trodden walkway through the undergrowth/tall grass verge for about 200 metres, but this is rather precarious for walkers who need to walk to the bus stop at the bottom of Aston Hill to catch the Carousel Link 40 toward High Wycombe or the 275 Red Rose. Even if it is not dark, whether or not the walker is agile, the route is uneven and can result in twisted ankles. It is not possible to walk in the road due to the frightening speed of the traffic at all times. Of course, this isn't something to be fixed - it's just not there, so needs creating. Just an inch or two of shingle or hardcore would make the weeds grow less vigorously and help people negotiate the hazardous route a little better. A level surface would be better still. The photos show where the path peters out.
