Shrubs at side of pavement obstructing pedestrian path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
For approx 30metres in total between Station Lane and Sainsbury's roundabout the shrubs at the side of the footpath overhang the pedestrian half of the path. Also, there is a least one tree that has branches hanging low enough to require an average adult to stoop unless they walk in the road. If a blind person with a guide dog walked there, the dog would have to walk in the road in order to guide their owner away from the obstruction. If, as has been reported, the Council only cut verges once a year, it is about time this area was attended to as I don't think it has been cut in the last year!
