I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, in the Hutchcomb Road to Hurst Rise Road link footway, by 52 Hutchcomb Road, see photo, and assessed the issue that you have identified. I have requested a 28 day notice be sent to the owners of this property, whose vegetation is overgrowing and obstructing our footway, to cut it back.
