The street light (no.2) is outside 1 Fleetwood Way, Thame and is almost completely covered by the branches of the tree which is around 40ft high. Also at the foot of the tree there is another smaller tree growing from the big tree which Is about 3 ft high. The public footpath around the tree is almost impassable because of the vegetation growing out of the tarmac.
