Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Tree branches overhanging public alleyway. They are half way down on the left in someone’s garden. They have failed to trim them back. For disabled or blind person it could cause injury. Also someone has dumped their trimmed hedge branches or leaves at the top of the alleyway.

  • Thank you for your report. Our Highways Officer has programmed in work for clearing the overgrown vegetation that is our responsibility. He has also written to the resident asking they cut back the area of vegetation coming over their wall in to the footpath. He will check this has been done within the deadline of 28 days. Thank you.
