Perimeter hedge on Cedar Court Nursing Home site is overgrown and causing severe narrowing of footpath

Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 11:05, Thursday 29 July 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is causing severe narrowing of the pavement on Moorland Close affecting walkers and particularly those with pushchairs or prams which are forced on to the grass. The hedge is on the perimeter of Cedar Court grounds and is growing out through their perimeter railings. This route is used quite heavily as it forms part of a back way in to a local primary school.
