Thank you for your enquiry, we have visited site and inspected the trees & vegetation as described in the enquiry. The vegetation present appears growing beyond the area that OCC maintains and is therefore deemed to be an adjacent boundary feature. OCC, as the local highway authority, maintain the HMPE (highway maintainable at public expense) from boundary feature to boundary feature. As such the vegetation present is maintainable by the adjacent property/land owner, and not the county council, to maintain as they wish. Should you require a more detail on this matter, please contact our highway records team at: Landandrecords@oxfordshire.gov.uk
Many thanks for your Enquiry
