Uprooted lamp post

This lamp post was damaged by a car a few months ago. I believe this may have been have had a temporary fix because the column was straightened at the time but I have noticed today as shown by the pictures the base is almost completely uprooted. Looks dangerous as I do not know how stable this is and it appears that it could injury people and property.

  • It is now Friday and this still has not been fixed despite the update saying it would be seen to in 24 hours
