Setts surrounding drain collapsing

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category by Mr. Steven Bowkett at 14:51, Tuesday 27 July 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

2 road drains next to an access ramp are surrounded by setts. The setts are collapsing which, if not repaired, will make access to Nos. 28, 30 and 32 Nursery View, Faringdon difficult if not impossible, as well as potentially damaging the drains.

My view is the ramp it’s self needs re-profiling as vehicles are bottoming out on a daily basis, causing damage to the road and vehicles alike.

The brick surround inside the drain is also collapsed, as well as the top sill.
