In the 13 years at this property, the tree immediately outside 65 Kings Road has not been cut back at all. Some minimal maintenance has happened, but not much more than that.

It is overhanging my property by approx 4m, meaning I have to clean my cars multiple times a week, manage all the leaf litter, clear gutters, pay for broken windscreen due to branches.

I have contacted you a few times over the years without much success.

1 photo show the tree, the other is looking upwards from my drive and you can see it extends over our roof now.

I would consider contributing to costs associated with cutting it back if that would help get action?

Can I cut the tree back anyway as it is well over my property?

Many thanks in advance Roger Butler
