Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedges haven't been cut for a number of years and have overgrown to the extent that is effectively a single vehicle road where Hedges haven't been cut. It's only a matter of time before a traffuc/cyclust/pedestrian accident occurs.
