  • We have investigated your report and have done the following: As a Highway authority, we do not cut back or maintain hedges, they are the responsibility of the adjacent landowner or occupier of the property. The large area of hedge vegetation between no 6 and 30 Hereford way which i believe you may be referring to, is the responsibility of the adjacent landowner to cut and maintain. We arranged for this vegetation to be hard cut back in the July of last month as a gesture of good will while we conduct further investigatory works regarding the landowner. There is no vegetation at present, on inspection of today, 5.8.21, which meet our investigatory levels. Regards.
