Constant problem with cars blocking the only public footpath that leads to houses in Kirby Place forcing pedestrians out on to the road to get around them. We contacted Thames Valley Police and we were told that only the council has the powers to enforce parking restrictions such as double yellow lines. Could you please look into this as a matter of urgency since it affects a large number of people?
