I reported this problem, and you have sent me the below message We have investigated your report and have decided to continue to monitor the location during our routine inspections. If you notice that the issue gets worse, please open a new report. Find out more about highway repairs and how we assess risk This dose not need monitoring it needs cutting back. How much worse dose it have to get before you will cut it down ? And as you can see from the pic the hedges are now encroaching on to the path and hitting people this is a heath and safety issue especially as my brother who is disable lives with me at 44 handbrough road and needs to use this parth regularly in his wheelchair this is an unacceptable excuse it needs to be sorted out asap because if my brother gets hurt because of this I will be looking to take legal action against you. Also the other side of the road isn't much better. This is atrocious that you think this needs monitoring something needs to be done asap
