The footpath is a very well used path between Faringdon and Great Coxwell and once more it is becoming overgrown. Walkers, people with pushchairs, runners, children are from time to time having to walk on the road as there is no room for two people to pass each other. The weeds and nettles are now in places at shoulder height so if someone does need to go onto the road to pass by a person then they have to get through the weeds and nettles. This road is busy and fast so there is a danger that someone will get hurt. This path should be maintained on a regular basis and not done once or twice a year. Last time it was done about 2 months ago whoever did it did not cut it right down and also left the grass on the verge.
