House shaking due to HGVs / road surface very bad / fast traffic on Horseshoe Lane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

HGVs along Horseshoe Lane have increased and they are so bad that our cottage shakes and cracks appear continuously. What makes it worse is:

A) the speed of the traffic along this part of the road, which is a concern in itself (we have two very small children). I would encourage some traffic calming at this end of the village

B) the road surface is incredibly bumpy outside our house which makes the sound and vibrations from HGVs and fast moving traffic that much worse
