There is a high earth bank c3mon the right hand side of the road going from Priory Road / Ickleton Road junction towards Ham Roadat the side of the road. The bottom has been worn away / washed away leaving the fence at the top and trees leaning towards the road. Further erosion is likely to lead to a collapse into the roadway.

Ickleton Road is now reopened to traffic. Could the department responsible now collect the “Road Closed” and “Diversion” sign now in place at Portway/ Priory Road junction Royals Oak Cross Roads Market Place Mill Street Camel Cross roads and junction of Ham Road/ Ickleton Road/ Letcombe Road.
