Deep and lengthy pothole at the kerbside near 28 and 30 New Yatt Road
Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 05:44, Saturday 17 July 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This pothole has existed for a very long time and is a danger to road users. It is deep enough to throw an unsuspecting cyclist over their handlebars causing them injury. The pothole regularly fills with water (which is probably due to a water leak near number 30 New Yatt Road) disguising it’s depth and the danger it poses and also causes pedestrians to get soaked as cars drive over it. The debris from this erosion is now wearing the tarmac away outside 28a and 28 New Yatt Road.
