Potholes and water running across the road

The road is in an appalling condition in this area as you exit Steventon. There is constant water running down the hill even in dry weather so I assume there is a burst water pipe, its been like this for a year or so? As a result of the running water, the previous road repairs have broken down leaving several potholes I would estimate at 4 by 2 feet and are 2 or 3 inches deep. I'm sure its ripping up tires and damaging suspension of those who drive over it regularly and to be honest I'm SICK OF IT!
Why is nothing being done?
Perhaps it needs someone to stop and take a picture and post here? I would have done this already but its not a great spot to be stopping to take a pic.

Water still running down the hill this evening, 26C today, up to 30C all week and no rain for over a week. Also reported to Thames water ... nothing from anyone.

Looks like one area of potholes have been filled, it’s a shame all the others within a few feet were not also filled or at least marked up so I can swerve around them so as not to damage my tyres and suspension (any more than they already have).
