Path is unsuitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs
Reported via desktop anonymously at 15:56, Thu 15 July 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
This is the footpath from the end of Harcourt Way to the end of Boxhill Walk, following the River Stert. There are two particularly large bumps on it. One of those is raised because the manhole cover is 4-6 inches above the general level. This is really difficult for pushchairs and impossible for wheelchairs. People are forced to use the grass and mud at the sides. It isn't fit for purpose.

Thank you for your report. After looking at our Highway Records maps, I would like to point out that, this link footpath, Harcourt Way to Boxhill Walk, is not part of the adopted highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. This, therefore, is not an issue that we would deal with, so I am closing this report.
