Very uneven path
Reported via mobile anonymously at 15:11, Thu 15 July 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
The bumps and lumps are causing damage to my electric wheelchair as I ground out travelling down this path daily. It requires maintenance unless your accepting the bill for the damage done to my only form of transportation? I can get a petition together so it adds pushchair problems as it’s a main route to the school st Nicolas.

I posted this on abingdn facebook page and many other residents said they had also complained... the result on the facebook page was that the path is private owned and not permitted for repairs... i don't know if that is true but it would fit the facts that cycle tracks are around the area and this path is not maintained.

Thank you for your report. After looking at our Highway Records maps, I would like to point out that, this link footpath, Harcourt Way to Boxhill Walk, is not part of the adopted highway network that Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining at public expense. This, therefore, is not an issue that we would deal with, so I am closing this report.
