Metal manhole/inspection cover partially collapsed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This metal inspection cover is on the road where vehicles have to drive over it... it had started to rattle loudly when being driven over recently... but now the metal drain cover on westbound carriageway has partially collapsed causing hazard to traffic. URGENT action needed
