Trip hazard opp st thomas st

Reported via desktop anonymously at 08:35, Mon 12 July 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On Saturday evening on the way back to Oxford station I tripped over something on the pavement diagonally opposite St Thomas Street. There was something sticking out of the ground. Outside a building with a blue plaque above the door. I got up a bit shocked and walked to the station when I saw pieces of flesh sticking to my trousers. I went to the hospital but the wound on my knee has gone down to the bone so I have an appointment tomorrow morning at the John Radcliffe to see a plastic surgeon
