Dangerously overgrown pathway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The footpath along the side of the Abingdon/Steventon road is now so dangerously overgrown. This is the only route I have to take my children to school on their bikes as they are too young to cycle on the road, and there is no footpath on the other side, not to mention how fast people drive on it making it unsafe. My youngest fell into the road yesterday trying to avoid the huge bushes of stinging nettles. This requires very urgent maintenance, thanks

This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. The farmer is responsible for the vegetation being cut back, and we have written to them to request it. Siding out has also been requested, and this section is on a waiting list.
