Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:19, Wednesday 7 July 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The barriers restricting free parking in Market Square can be removed on July 19th, the day that Covid19 restrictions will end. Please ensure this happens on the day, to kickstart the benefits for traders, customers and the economy. Please do not delay removing them, social distancing is longer necessary.

  • Oxford CC Highways - there is no longer any need to have these barriers in place. Just because you still have the legal powers to keep them here, it does not mean you have to be spiteful in depriving our town's users of their convenient free parking spaces.
