Huge tree roots are a serious trip hazard in the alleyway joining Nuneham Square to Fitzharry's Road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
For years now I've been trying to get an answer about who is responsible for this alley as it is becoming more and more of a tip hazard. Recently I was granted planning permission and found that the council is responsible for it as I had to submit plans in line with it running alongside a "Public Highway". My grandson has just fallen and cut both of his knees. I myself fell recently and hurt my ankle. It seems pretty clear to me that the council IS responsible, so please could somebody fix the problem as this route is used daily by many people, including those going to St. Nicolas School.

Still no response; as it gets darker, someone will end up hurting themselves. I don't understand why nobody seems to care about this!
